Each of our handcrafted Cerasa are made from natural wine fortified with cherry alcohol and sugar. The careful selection of the wine to fortify is essential for the final result. Another fundamental stepin our process is to place the Cerasa in the same barrel where the Vermouth was previously, giving the product bitter notes and a unique hint of spices.

Production method: Vacuum maceration of cherries with
sugar, subsequent infusion into wine, adding alcohol to then
be aged in barrels where the vermut was previously.
Unfiltered, no added sulphites.
