Il progetto Distillerie Capitoline nasce a Roma, dalla passione di quattro amici, con la voglia di proporre prodotti artigianali realizzati in piccoli batch sfruttando il più possibile le risorse del territorio e legati all’idea di mantenere fortemente il legame con la città eterna. L’azienda inizia la sua attività solo nel 2018, ma con alle spalle almeno due anni di prove per affinare le ricette e la lavorazione per arrivare al prodotto finale.
