Our Brand
The DISTILLERIE CAPITOLINE started in Rome as the passion project of four friends wanting to offer artisanal products made in small batches – and on a small scale – utilizing the resources of the surrounding territory as much as possible, with strong ties to our roots, community and the Eternal City. Although activity as an official company only began in 2018, we have behind us years of experience and testing prior, to refine the recipes and arrive at the final product that is out on the market today. Artisanal production and natural products are at the core of everything we make and do.
